Our Mission …

Animal Relief Foundation – Aruba (ARF-Aruba) is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, founded by concerned tourists. The organization’s mission is to raise funds to provide care for homeless, hungry, injured, sick, abused, or neglected dogs and cats in Aruba.

Our work has a positive impact on the image and public health of the Island by decreasing the risk of animal related injuries and disease. 100% of donated funds go directly to furthering this mission and are tax-deductible in the United States.

Your support is priceless. Thank you for helping us be a part of the solution.

Animal Spotlight

Sabi lived on the streets of Aruba for many years. He is somewhere between the ages of 5 and 8 years old.

Sabi made it to the U.S. from Aruba on an Amerijet freedom flight in May, and now he needs a forever home where he can be loved, trained, and cared for. He is in a foster home in Naples, Florida while he waits for a forever family to come along.

Sabi is sterilized, micro-chipped, dewormed, and vaccinated. He does have a back leg that he favors after years of no veterinary care until his rescue from the streets. Sabi is developing positive skills and good behaviors. He has been very receptive to training. He is pottying outside and is getting used to the leash. He loves his exercise and enjoys a good run.

Sabi remains in foster in southwest Florida, and is patiently waiting for a family to come along that will love him and let him live his best life. Sabi is great with children and with other dogs. He is extremely docile and gentle. A home with a yard would be fabulous. Sabi’s foster has continued to work with him on leash training, and she says he is now perfect with that skill.

Foster Victoria says he is the most perfect dog and she is training him well. Handsome Sabi is a very special boy. He needs a family with a big yard because he loves his space to play. He also needs a family that understands that he is truly a rescue from the streets of Aruba, and needs extra love and care.

If by chance you are interested in opening your home for adoption of this very friendly and happy boy, the application button can be found below. For more information about Sabi, you can also private message us on our Facebook page or send an email to
